I keep getting a Transaction Declined error, what could be the problem?
Most of the time this is due to not inputting your billing information (address/zip/etc..) exactly as your bank has it on file for you.
Another cause for this message is not inputting your security code. Your security code is the 3 numbers following your card number on the back of your credit card.
These errors are not anything we can make stop on our end, if you can not successfully place an order please call your bank and ask them why they declined the transaction so that you know what to enter into the forms.
